Shipping Policy

Ave Maria School of Law Bookstore strives to provide the most competitive shipping rates. On average, orders will be received within 7-10 working days. Orders received after noon on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the next business day. Please keep this in mind when placing orders for 2^nd day, or Next Day delivery.

Delivery time may be delayed during December, January or August due to high volume.

We are unable to ship International orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• For orders valuing $25.00 - $49.99 the shipping cost will be $7.95
• For orders valuing $50.00 - $99.99 the shipping cost will be $8.95
• For orders valuing $100 - $199.99 the shipping cost will be $9.95
• For orders valuing $200.00 & up the shipping cost will be $11.95

2^nd Day Air

• For order valuing $0 - $49.99 the shipping cost will be $17.95
• For orders valuing $50.00 - $99.99 the shipping cost will be $20.95
• For orders valuing $100 & up the shipping cost will be $30.95

Next Day Air

• For order valuing $0 - $49.99 the shipping cost will be $20.95
• For orders valuing $50.00 - $99.99 the shipping cost will be $30.95
• For orders valuing $100 & up the shipping cost will be $35.95

Return Policy

Apparel and gift merchandise purchased from the Ave Maria School of Law Bookstore may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A full refund will be given in your original form of payment with original receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with all proper tags intact in order to be considered for a return.

All merchandise must be undamaged and clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
